VIP does NOT include the RockGodZ Saturday Night ticket — that is a separate purchase. Final VIP details are subject to confirmation.

The RockGodZ Hall of Fame Awards Show & Concert is officially part of LVGTS weekend and is available as a separate Saturday night add-on. $35 for 1 ticket or $60 for 2 tickets.

This relaxed networking jam is designed to bring the guitar community together before the main show weekend begins. It is not a public concert and is not sold as a standalone ticket.

No. The RockGodZ Hall of Fame Awards Show & Concert is a separate Saturday night ticket category during LVGTS weekend. It is not included with VIP and must be purchased separately.

The Sunday Exhibitor Breakfast & Dealer Awards recognize standout brands, builders, dealers, and displays of the weekend. Categories include Best Display, Most Innovative, Best of Show, and Top Tier Exhibitor. Final event details are subject to confirmation as the event approaches.

Submit an exhibitor request from the Exhibit page or Floor Plan page. The LVGTS team will review your application and, upon approval, issue an invoice for booth space. A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of invoice to secure approved booth space.

LVGTS booth options vary by location and include indoor, outdoor covered, atrium, rear, front end-cap, and main floor options. Current booth options and pricing are shown on the Exhibit page and Floor Plan page. Final placement and availability are confirmed during the exhibitor approval process.

Each booth includes two exhibitor badges, table(s) with tablecloth(s), two chairs, and a basic listing in the event program and website. Additional badges are available for $10 each.

Yes. Power supply is available for an additional $40. Exhibitors should request power during the booth application process. Wi-Fi is complimentary with access details provided at check-in.

Yes. Exhibitors may list their top three booth preferences. Final placement is confirmed by the LVGTS team based on availability, layout, and approval.

Any cancellation must be made in writing by postal mail or email. Phone cancellations are not valid for refund purposes. Cancellations receive a 50% credit applicable to a future show. This policy is non-negotiable.
