Las Vegas Guitar Trade Show Ticket Disclaimer

By purchasing or possessing a ticket for the Las Vegas Guitar Trade Show (LVGTS), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refunds or Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to, inclement weather, changes in event programming, or failure to attend.
2. Right to Refuse Entry: LVGTS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event premises at its sole discretion, including for behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.
3. Personal Responsibility: Attendees assume all risk and responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal property while attending the LVGTS. LVGTS, its affiliates, sponsors, and venue staff are not liable for any such incidents.
4. Use of Image and Likeness: By attending the LVGTS, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for promotional purposes. Your image, voice, and likeness may be used without compensation in any and all media.
5. Prohibited Items: For safety and security reasons, certain items may be prohibited from the event. Attendees must comply with all security screenings and regulations set forth by the venue and LVGTS staff.
6. Health and Safety: Attendees agree to comply with any health and safety protocols in place at the time of the event, including but not limited to, mask-wearing, social distancing, and health screenings.
7. Event Changes: LVGTS reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, programming, or featured performers without notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds or compensation.
8. Age Restrictions: Some event areas or activities may have age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to adhere to these restrictions and ensure compliance.
9. Resale and Transfer: Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in ticket cancellation without refund and refusal of entry.
10. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or possessing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
