Each booth includes a 2 badges, table(s), and chairs.

recognize standout achievements with awards for Best Display, Most Innovative Product, Best of Show, and Top
Tier Dealer.
Make sure your booth is dialed in and ready to impress—then enjoy a morning of recognition,
connection, and a little Vegas-style celebration.
1. Booth Staff Registration – Names of all booth workers must be submitted with the application. Each individual
must present identification at check-in to receive a badge. Badges must be worn at all times. Additional certified
employees may be added for $10.00 per person, per day.
2. Booth Occupancy – Each booth may be occupied by only one firm or business entity.
3. Sales Location Policy – Buying, selling, or trading instruments outside the designated venue area is strictly
prohibited. This includes the lobby, loading areas, and parking areas from Thursday through Sunday.
4. Exhibit Duration – All exhibits must remain in place until 3:00 PM on Sunday, unless prior approval has been
granted by event management.
5. Sales Documentation – Vendors must provide receipts for all sales and trades, regardless of value. Customers
must present receipts when removing purchased items from the hall.
6. Unauthorized Promotion – Any non-exhibitor distributing literature or promoting another guitar show without
prior authorization from Management will be subject to a $1,000 fee.
7. Application Approval – Event management reserves the right to accept or refuse any booth application at its
discretion.
8. Prohibited Merchandise – The sale or display of illegal, unlicensed, or bootlegged goods is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to, audio, video, printed materials, and manufactured products.
9. Seller’s Permit – All exhibitors are advised to obtain a temporary seller’s permit in compliance with applicable
regulations.
10. Noise Control – Noise levels will be monitored and regulated throughout the event to maintain a professional
environment.
11. Liability Disclaimer – Las Vegas Guitar Trade Show LLC and its promoters are not responsible for theft,
damage, accidents, or private transactions that occur during the show.
12. Electrical Power – Booths requiring electrical power will incur an additional $40 fee.
