Refund/Ticket Policy

REFUND / TICKET POLICY

This Refund / Ticket Policy applies to tickets and qualifying event-related purchases made directly through Las Vegas Guitar Trade Show (“LVGTS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) or through our authorized ticketing providers.

By purchasing a ticket or event access product, you agree to this policy.

1. All Sales Final

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, all ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Event Changes

Event details are subject to change, including but not limited to:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Venue layout
  • Schedule
  • Guests
  • Artists
  • Clinics
  • Demonstrations
  • Exhibitors
  • Special appearances

Such changes do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

3. Postponement or Rescheduling

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new date, subject to the terms announced at that time.

If LVGTS elects to offer refunds or credits in connection with a postponement or rescheduling, the terms, deadlines, and process for doing so will be communicated to ticket holders.

4. Event Cancellation

If the event is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund of the face value of the ticket, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds, if issued, may exclude:

  • Processing fees
  • Transaction fees
  • Third-party service fees
  • Shipping fees
  • Optional add-ons

where permitted by law and by the terms of the ticketing provider.

5. VIP Access, Concerts, Add-Ons, and Special Event Inclusions

Certain tickets, passes, upgrades, or promotional packages may include access to special features or limited-capacity event elements, including but not limited to:

  • VIP access
  • Early entry
  • Private or exclusive concerts
  • Breakfasts, receptions, lounges, or hospitality areas
  • Clinics, demos, panels, or meet-and-greet style opportunities
  • Merchandise bundles
  • Premium seating areas
  • Special badges, credentials, or access levels

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the purchase of a VIP ticket, concert ticket, add-on, or upgraded access product does not guarantee:

  • Admission to a sold-out or capacity-limited area beyond the access level described
  • Reserved seating
  • Front-row placement
  • Artist interaction
  • Meet-and-greet access
  • Autographs
  • Photo opportunities
  • Access to every featured guest, performer, clinic, exhibitor, or activation
  • Uninterrupted access to all premium spaces for the entire event duration

All VIP elements, add-ons, concert access, breakfast access, premium experiences, and event inclusions are subject to change based on scheduling, artist availability, venue operations, safety requirements, staffing, and event logistics.

Substitutions, schedule adjustments, relocations, access limits, and program changes do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund, exchange, or credit.

If any premium inclusion is canceled entirely and LVGTS determines that compensation, credit, or refund is appropriate, such remedy shall be provided solely at LVGTS’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

6. Non-Attendance

No refunds will be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, weather conditions, illness, or other personal circumstances, except where required by law.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets

LVGTS is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized duplicated tickets, except as otherwise required by law or supported by the authorized ticketing platform.

8. Unauthorized Resale or Transfer

Tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties, resellers, or marketplaces may be invalid and may be refused entry.

LVGTS is not responsible for refunds, replacements, or disputes involving unauthorized ticket sales or transfers.

9. Right to Refuse Admission

LVGTS and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for behavior deemed unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, non-compliant with venue or event rules, or otherwise inappropriate.

Removal or denial of entry under these circumstances does not entitle the attendee to a refund.

10. Force Majeure

LVGTS shall not be responsible for failure to hold the event, delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Government action
  • Public health emergencies
  • Labor disputes
  • Venue issues
  • Utility interruptions
  • Acts of terrorism
  • Civil unrest
  • Other force majeure events

In such cases, refunds, credits, or rescheduling decisions will be made at LVGTS’s discretion, subject to applicable law and third-party contractual obligations.

11. Ticketing Provider Terms

Tickets sold through third-party platforms may also be subject to that provider’s policies, fees, procedures, and terms of use. In the event of a conflict regarding payment processing, fulfillment, or platform-related issues, the applicable ticketing provider’s terms may also apply.
