I acknowledge that failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, including the forfeiture of booth space or participation privileges.


    What to Expect After Submitting Your Application


    Thank you for applying to be an exhibitor at the Las Vegas Guitar Tradeshow! Here’s what happens next:

    1. Your application will be reviewed by our team.
    2. Upon approval, you will receive an invoice for your booth space.
    3. A 50% deposit will be required upon receipt of the invoice to secure your booth space.

    Exhibitor Setup and Breakdown


    • Setup Time: Thursday, November 5th, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Breakdown Time: Sunday, November 8th, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM


    ***Please note: A $250 fee will apply to any exhibitors who begin dismantling
    their booth before 4:00 PM on Sunday, November 8th, , 2026. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the event’s professional atmosphere until its  conclusion.***


    Booth Information
    Each booth includes:


    • Two exhibitor badges
    • Table(s) with tablecloth(s) and two chairs
    • Basic listing in the event program and website


    Additional Options:
    • Power supply: $40 (notify us by Thursday, October 15th)
    • Wi-Fi: Complimentary (access details provided at check-in)

    Rules for Participation

     

    1. Booth Staff Registration – Names of all booth workers must be submitted with the application. Each individual must present identification at check-in to receive a badge. Badges must be worn at all times. Additional certified employees may be added for $10.00 per person.

     

    2. Booth Occupancy – Each booth may be occupied by only one firm or business entity.

     

    3. Sales Location Policy – Buying, selling, or trading instruments outside the designated venue area is strictly prohibited. This includes the lobby, loading areas, and parking areas from Thursday through Sunday.

     

    4. Exhibit Duration – All exhibits must remain in place until 3:00 PM on Sunday, unless prior approval has been granted by event management.

    5. Sales Documentation – Vendors must provide receipts for all sales and trades, regardless of value. Customers must present receipts when removing purchased items from the hall.

     

    6. Unauthorized Promotion – Any non-exhibitor distributing literature or promoting another guitar show without prior authorization from Management will be subject to a $1,000 fee.

     

    7. Application Approval – Event management reserves the right to accept or refuse any booth application at its discretion.

     

    8. Prohibited Merchandise – The sale or display of illegal, unlicensed, or bootlegged goods is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, audio, video, printed materials, and manufactured products.

     

    9. Noise Control – Noise levels will be monitored and regulated throughout the event to maintain a professional environment.

     

    10. Liability Disclaimer – Las Vegas Guitar Trade Show LLC and its promoters are not responsible for theft, damage, accidents, or private transactions that occur during the show.

     

    11. Electrical Power – Booths requiring electrical power will incur an additional $40 fee.
